On materials where space is not constrained (e.g. a certificate, resume, Web site or brochure), the MCP Logo can be used with the applicable certification area sidebar.

Recommended placement of the MCP Logo is in the lower-left or lower-right corner of the page.
MCP Member’s personal name or trade name must appear on any materials where the MCP Logo is used, and the MCP Logo may not be larger or more prominent than MCP Member’s name, logo, trademark, or company name.
The MCP Logo may be used in one-color or two-colors as detailed below.
Use of the MCP Logo must always follow the detailed rules outlined in the next section, Credential and MCP Logo Usage Guidelines.

I’m not sure whether or not I can any more than that in, but basically you cannot use it to imply Microsoft endorse you etc, other than in your certification agreement, and if you use the MS logo you need to put “Microsoft is a registered trademark of Microsoft Corporation in the United States and other countries.” somewhere on the document (unless its on business cards).
